WHO ARE WE?
A collective of highly experienced (god, we’re getting old) food entrepreneurs, who have already launched successful challenger pizza concepts in the UK (including Firezza). We’re working with the best brains in the business, from the ex-CEO of Le Pain Quotidien to internationally renowned ‘Pizza Czar’ Anthony Falco. Now we want to use our decades of experience in the quick service restaurant sector to transform the fast food industry and bring plant-based pizza to the masses.
What are we doing?
We’re here to bring plant-based pizza to the fast food mainstream, for the better of our planet and our health. We’ve already launched a proof of concept cloud kitchen in London, which got rave reviews, but our plans go much, much further. We’re talking national and global expansion through a network of flagship stores, host kitchens, and groundbreaking brand partnerships: NXT LVL PZA will be the world’s first 100% plant-based ‘secretly vegan’ pizza chain, making eating ethically as inclusive, easy and fun as gaming.

We’re using partnerships and innovation to bring pizza to the next level, making it cheaper, faster and tastier — and just happening to leave animal protein behind on the way.

What is equity crowdfunding?
Equity crowdfunding is the process whereby people (i.e. the ‘crowd’) invest in an early-stage unlisted company (a company that is not listed on a stock market) in exchange for shares in that company. A shareholder has partial ownership of a company and stands to profit on an Exit Event (i.e. IPO, merger or sale) should the company continue to perform well and increase in value. The opposite is also true, so if the company fails investors can lose some, or all, of their investment.

Your investment will go directly into the growth of NXT LVL PZA, enabling us to open our first flagship store in London while boosting our operations, advertising and hiring capabilities.

Does pre-registering commit me to investing?

Anyone over the age of 18 from anywhere in the world. However, due to local laws and regulations, retail investors located in the USA, Canada and Japan will not be able to invest in this crowdfund.

What benefits do I get as a shareholder?
Investing in private companies is a long term capital investment that will help us grow the company. A return on investment is typically made via a liquidity event such as an IPO of the company, or if the company is acquired by another company. Can I sell or transfer my shares?
You can express your interest in selling your shares in a company via Cubex, which enables you to discover, research, and express an interest in buying or selling shares in private European companies. If enough interest is expressed in a given business, Crowdcube will seek to facilitate a transaction, and you will be notified when a sale goes live.

What happens after I invest?
Once the pitch reaches its target and closes to further funding, the completion process starts. At that point, all investors will receive a copy of the Articles of Association via email and will be informed of the cooling off period. Once the cooling off period, which is generally no less than seven days, has expired, the payment collections process starts and then electronic share certificates are issued.
